Monday Mornings

My fortune was not joking when it told me that I would make many changes before I settled down, I feel like my days are blurred and 24 hrs is just not enough time.

I got a my first puppy this weekend and I never understood the love between an animal and a person but holy cow! He has stolen my heart. My future roommate and I are sharing him right now so he wasn't with me today when I did my outfit of the day but he will be in my future ones.

He's an all black lab, 8 weeks old and as cheesy as it sounds, we named in Prince Charming - charming for short. :) (We are both huge Disney fans!)

Dare to bare a little skin

I love shopping just as much as the next girl, but I love it even more when I'm inspired to take something old and revamp it with a twist. In today's outfit, I took this adorable maxi I purchased when I was in California, and just shortened it to make it a maxi skirt. Paired it with a loose white tee and popped on a vest to keep it casual.

Something about docks and sunset -- I found this hidden dock while running a new route this morning and it is just so quiet and serene, I fell in love.

I should be asleep right now... but I took a longer nap today then I planned. It was meant to be a 15 minute power nap and then I was going to to the gym, but that 15 minutes quickly turned into 3 hours..
