Dare to bare a little skin

I love shopping just as much as the next girl, but I love it even more when I'm inspired to take something old and revamp it with a twist. In today's outfit, I took this adorable maxi I purchased when I was in California, and just shortened it to make it a maxi skirt. Paired it with a loose white tee and popped on a vest to keep it casual.

Something about docks and sunset -- I found this hidden dock while running a new route this morning and it is just so quiet and serene, I fell in love.

Sun kissed glow.

TGIF my loves! :) In my previous post, I mentioned I was at a gala raising money for the hospital. Well, grand total came to 1.2 million dollars!!! What a generous crowd and fantastic event... but since then, work has taken over my life, hence the delay in outfit posts. There are so many changes coming, and I am so proud to say I got promoted! April has been great to me. Now, I can focus on summer time.

I love the simplicity of a little white dress. There are so many ways to style this baby that you will probably see me style it again. :) Here, I styled it perfect for those warm days at the office. I love that even at 7pm at night, the sun is still out. Hello summer, we meet again.

I got a new tattoo this past week "we accept the love we think we deserve" seems fitting for where I am in life. :) & I also burnt the side of my face on a curling iron. It's tough being a girl sometimes. Have a wonderful weekend dolls!
